Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is carefully inspected before shipping.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalised products.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, where applicable).
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including photos of the damage.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
